Interview with "Exeis ena lastixaki" and Giveaway

Όσοι από εσάς με ακολουθείτε στο Instagram θα έχετε πάρει από εχτές μία γεύση για το επικείμενο post. Η Ολίβια και η Καλλίστη είναι δύο νέες μανούλες και επιχειρηματίες, μεταξύ άλλων. Παρέα δημιούργησαν την εταιρεία "exeis ena lastixaki" και τα προϊόντα τους έχουν ήδη γίνει αγαπηθεί από διάσημες Ελληνίδες, όπως η Ελένη Πετρουλάκη, αλλά και από fashionistas και fashion bloggers.

1. Ολίβια και Καλλίστη σας μάθαμε μέσα από τη σελίδα σας στο facebook. Πείτε μας κάποια πράγματα περισσότερα για εσάς.
Ολίβια: Μαμά της Ελένης (7), σύζυγος του Νίκου και η κύρια εργασία μου είναι σε γυμναστήριο. Λατρεύω να φτιάχνω γλυκά, να ακούω μουσική και να προπονούμαι!
Καλλίστη: Είμαι μητέρα  της Ναταλίας και της Χριστίνας 11 και 9 χρονών αντίστοιχα, είμαι ναυλομεσίτης σταμάτησα όμως να εργάζομαι όταν γεννήθηκαν τα κορίτσια.

2. Εκτός από τα super funky λαστιχάκια που έχουν ήδη γίνει Trend, τι άλλο μπορεί κανείς να βρει στη σελίδα σας?
Ολίβια: Προς το παρόν τα λαστιχάκια και τις αντίστοιχες τους κορδέλες. Ανανεώνουμε συνεχώς τα σχέδια μας ανάλογα την εποχή,τις τάσεις της μόδας για να είμαστε "επίκαιρες" σε συνδυασμό και με το προσωπικό μας γούστο.

3. Μιας και κάναμε λόγο για trends, ποια η δική σας σχέση με τη μόδα? Την ακολουθείτε στην προσωπική σας ζωή? Τα σχέδια για τις δημιουργίες σας ακολουθούν κάποια τάση?

Ολίβια: Ανήκω στην κατηγορία των γυναικών που αγοράζουν πχ ένα ζευγάρι jeans, το κάνουν δεύτερο δέρμα και όλα τα υπόλοιπα ρούχα και αξεσουάρ πρέπει να ταιριάζουν με αυτό. Μέσα από τις τάσεις προσπαθώ να ισορροπήσω το προσωπικό μου γούστο για να μπορώ να το υποστηρίξω. Λατρεύω το pinterest και γενικότερα το street styling.

Καλλίστη: Ασχολούμαι με τη μόδα  και τις νέες τάσεις, αδυναμία μου τα αξεσουάρ τα οποία λατρεύω κι εγώ όπως και οι περισσότερες γυναίκες. Επίσης χρησιμοποιώ το ιντερνετ για τις αγορές μου αλλά και για την ενημέρωση μου 

4. Που μπορεί κανείς να σας βρει? Εκτός από αποστολές στην Ελλάδα, κάνετε και στο εξωτερικό?
Καλλίστη: Τα λαστιχάκια μας εκτός από τη σελίδα μας στο Facebook, μπορεί κάποιος να τα βρει σε καταστήματα στην Κηφισιά, Ψυχικό, Γλυφάδα, Θεσαλλονίκη και ελπίζουμε σιγά σιγά σε περισσότερες περιοχές και πόλεις. Επίσης, τα στέλνουμε με αντικαταβολή μέσω της σελίδας μας, αλλα και μέσω email.

5. Τι να περιμένουμε από εσάς στο μέλλον?

Καλλίστη: Το exeis_ena _lastixaki είναι μόνο η αρχή. Επειδή γενικότερα ασχολούμαστε  με καινούργια προιόντα τα οποία  έχουν άποψη, είναι σίγουρο πως η αναζήτηση μας δεν θα σταματήσει εδώ.

Ολίβια: Η μεγάλη ανταπόκριση που έχει το exeis_ena_lastixaki? δεν μας καθησυχάζει... αντιθέτως μας δίνει το κίνητρο να δημιουργήσουμε μία νέα ιδέα για το μέλλον. 1. Olivia and Kallisti we got to know you through your facebook page.Tell us a little bit about yourselves.

Olivia: First and foremost Helen’s (age 7) mom, Nikos’ wife and gym teacher. I love pastry, listening to music and working out!

Kallisti: Mother of Natalia and Christina, ages 11 and 9 respectively, travel agent-at least I was up until the time the girls were born.

2. Do you have a rubber band? Something I find myself asking on a daily basis… How did you decide to start your own business?

Olivia: The business kind of started itself… I came across these specific rubber bands last year and we were thrilled by them! We were using them on our and our daughters’ hair all the time, we found the m extremely helpful and funky and we even wore them as wrist bracelets instead of just throwing them in our bags…

Kallisti: In addition, they are very “hair friendly”. The question “do you have a rubber band” kept popping up, whether it was our children, our friends or even at the gym when it was us asking for a rubber band from someone else! So, here we are, owning our own business!

3. Besides your super funky rubber bands, that are already a big hit, what else can we find on your webpage?

Olivia: At the moment just the rubber bands and matching headbands. We keep updating our designs taking into account the season, trends and our personal taste.

4. Speaking of trends, what’s your relationship with fashion? Is fashion something you incorporate in your everyday life? Do your designs reflect specific trends?

Olivia: I’m the type of woman that buys a pair of jeans for instance, which turns out to be her “second skin”. As a result, all of my clothes and accessories have to match that specific item of clothing. I try to find a balance between my own personal style and fashion tendencies, so that I support whatever I choose to wear. I love pinterest and street styling.

Kallisti: I try to follow fashion and new trends. My soft spot though are accessories, which I love – as most women do. The Internet has been a great tool for me, when it comes to buying things on-line or staying up-to-date with the latest fashion tendencies.

5. How can someone reach you? Besides shipping to Greece, do you ship abroad?

Kallisti: One can find our rubber band on our Facebook page, as well as in stores in Kifissia, Psychiko, Glyfada and Thessaloniki. We are hoping that a lot more stores in a lot more cities will be carrying our products. You can also order our products via Facebook or e-mail and collect on delivery.

6. What does the future hold?

Kallisti: exeis_ena_lastixaki is just the beginning. We keep searching for new products that can bring something new to the table, so one thing’s for sure: our quest has not come to an end yet.
