The 80's ear cuff is making a come back. First making an appearence last Spring on the runways of Rodarte, Marchesa, Chanel  and Jason Wu and more recently in the Fall collections at Chloe, Thakoon and Dries Van Noten. Combinations of gold and chain, pearls and flowers and even dragon and scorpion shapes the punk rock trend is here to stay. Are you ready to embrace it? I sure am since I already have bought a chic and very affordable version of the trend from ZARA.

 

Karl Lagerfeld for Melissa

Following in the steps of Vivienne Westwood, Jean Paul Gaultier, the architect Zaha Hadid and so many others, Karl Lagerfeld debuted his bubblegum-scented collection for Melissa. Lagerfeld said he was inspired by “the native country of the brand, celebrating the Brazilian joie de vivre” which is how he conceived fun looks like ice cream cone heels and also a pair with the colors of the brazilian flag, all 100% made out of recyclable plastic.
